OfficialView evidence
Stress test moved to October 21; open access is not Beta entitlement
Blizzard's October 16 correction moves the open server stress event from October 19 to October 21, with East Asian starts on October 22. No active subscription or Beta invitation is needed. Beta temporarily closes around the event; the separate stress realms use temporary characters and a complete wipe. Use the dedicated stress-test guide for the regional clock and separate Battle.net installation. Do not confuse this event with October 27 Name Reservation or November's full launch.
Use the shortest route
If the client or access is the obstacle, start with Install & Access. If you can enter the game but it misbehaves, open Known Issues and then the specific Mac or FPS answer.
Beta timing
The stated Beta window is temporary information. Always use the last-checked label and Blizzard’s current announcement before treating timing as final.
