What is actually confirmed?
The official confirmation is test availability. It is not a complete walkthrough. Dalaran also appears in other WoW versions, so ensure any map, route or queue instructions explicitly concern Forever's new dungeon. This guide does not copy a different expansion's access steps into the Beta.
Before attempting access
Confirm the actual client and build, character level and the dungeon information visible in game. Read any entrance restriction or quest requirement shown to your character. If no matching entry is visible, record that state instead of repeatedly abandoning unrelated quests, buying access from players or importing unverified coordinates.
XP and group planning
The same update increases dungeon creature XP and repairs a party penalty. Those general changes do not establish Dalaran's exact XP per kill, optimal party route or guaranteed level range. Dungeon quest bonuses are a separate reward stream; use the existing XP guide for comparisons.
Useful Beta reports, not a fictional boss route
Report the exact entrance/queue text, character level, build, group state and screenshot of the obstruction. For an encounter failure, name the actual encounter and objective rather than assuming it matches another version. No verified full boss sequence, drop table or reset workaround is supplied here.

Minimum level, entrance, prerequisite objectives and encounter steps need reliable current-game evidence. Until then, use this as a bounded availability/access check and the dungeon directory for established alternatives, not a promised speedrun or complete map.
