Tracking and persistent buffs
The tracking interface shows active Totems and duration, with right-click dismissal. A longer persistent-buff duration does not apply to every short-lived Totem. Before reporting a disappearing effect, record its exact name and duration rather than assuming all Totems share one lifetime.
Call spells and preset sets
Call of the Elements unlocks at 20, Spirits at 30 and Ancestors at 40, providing additional four-element preset sets. The first Call takes three seconds and costs the selected Totems' combined Mana cost. Check your level and selected set before claiming the action is missing or free.
Recall versus Projection
Recall unlocks at 20 and is designed to return 25% of Totem Mana cost, but the preview explicitly says the Beta refund is bugged. Projection unlocks at 22, repositions within 30 yards, costs 25% Base Mana and has a one-minute cooldown. Moving and dismissing are different actions; neither description proves an unlimited free reset.
Current bugs and safe checks
October 8 corrects specific Shaman interactions and display issues; it does not expressly clear the Recall refund bug. Record build, Mana before/after, active Totems and the precise action. Compare a single action outside a hectic encounter before drawing conclusions about your rotation. No downloadable unverified macro or configuration is required.
What remains unsettled
Final raid value, best placements and optimal Elemental/Enhancement/Restoration rotations require encounter and live-test evidence. The official design is a starting point, not a simulation result. Use the class directory and current notes for further changes instead of a new generic Shaman overview or tier list.
