WoW Forever Disconnected, Queue & WOW51900309
WoW Forever disconnect, queue and WOW51900309 help: distinguish server-load reports from post-update No Realms Available troubleshooting.
Quick answer
For a current disconnect or WOW51900309 / No Realms message, first check the latest official Beta maintenance notice and the selected client's available update. October 6 restart reports and older client numbers are historical, not today's outage or target build. Record the full error and realm; restarting Battle.net can clear a blocked update, but is not a guaranteed fix or a way around downtime.

Try this first
- Read the latest Beta maintenance/ruleset notice; do not assume an old incident is active.OfficialView evidence
- Exit the game normally, restart Battle.net and allow any offered Beta update to complete.Beta VerifiedView evidence
- Record the version and full error. Use the current announced realm/ruleset and retain evidence if it still fails.Beta VerifiedView evidence
If that does not work
- If Retrieving Character List began during a reset or widespread outage, stop repeating local repairs and retry after service recovers.
- If you can enter the game but World latency is high, use the high-ping guide instead.
What not to do
- Do not treat Error #109 as proof of a network failure.
- Do not assume a local command can bypass a server-load queue or outage.
What is still unknown
- No one local fix is verified for every queue disconnect, WOW51900309, character-list stall or No Realms report.
Current status, version and historical scope
October 6 restarts and September client numbers are historical examples, not a current maintenance alert. For a new failure record the exact full code, selected Forever Beta client, region, realm and UTC time. A prior restart/update recovery is not a server-outage bypass; current community reports do not establish one global cause.
No Realms Currently Available
Fresh September 23 reports show some players remained on an older client because a stray WoWB.exe process blocked Battle.net from patching. Ending it or restarting, then manually checking for updates, restored access for multiple players.
Beta update not appearing
Close the Beta and remaining WoW processes before reopening Battle.net and checking for updates. Build 69977 is historical September 22 context, not the current target. The October 1 notes confirm a newer update without giving its numeric ID. A local restart may help a blocked patch, but cannot bypass scheduled maintenance.
Retrieving Character List
A large cluster of September 22 reports occurred around a server reset. That incident looked service-side; Scan and Repair or repeated local changes were not established fixes.
WOW51900309 and Error #109
WOW51900309 can accompany stale-client or No Realms cases. Error #109 is a separate unresponsive-thread failure reported on multiple systems and should not be treated as the same connection error.
Queue disconnect
Players still report finishing a queue, disconnecting and returning to the back. No reliable player-controlled bypass is verified for server-load cases.
Retrieving Character List after October 1
The character-list screen is a different failure point from a queue drop or high World latency. Multiple forum participants report a stall following the update. Confirm the client finished patching and check maintenance notices; do not promise that restarting Battle.net or clearing files will repair a server-side issue. Record the realm and time when reporting it.
October 6/7 No Realms after maintenance
A player reported version 70205; another described access to Normal/PvP after version 70245. These are individual reports, not Blizzard-certified latest builds or proof everyone must install that number. The same discussion distinguishes maintenance timing and occasionally displayed RP/Hardcore rulesets. Confirm the currently announced playable ruleset, not merely a visible entry.
Official maintenance versus historical guidance
Kaivax announced October 6 realm restarts at 3 p.m. PDT and scoped transport/elevator and guild fixes. That notice is historical now, not proof servers are still down. Generic support guidance for restarting the game/launcher must not be relabeled a Forever-specific fix; unrelated Retail/Classic incidents do not diagnose this Beta error.
Historical restart guidance: not a Beta fix announcement
A June MoP Classic forum post quotes a support reply advising a complete game/Battle.net restart so updates can apply. The quote is player-published, not an independently authenticated Forever support response. Other replies said restarting failed. It supplies historical context for a safe generic check, not proof this Beta error has the same cause; do not import that old incident's account diagnosis or fixes.
October 14: connection reports, not an official outage
New reports mention 00328 and latency before a disconnect. Preserve the exact full error, realm, client build and UTC time. This is not automatically WOW51900309 or no-realms-available: those branches have different evidence. Restart/check the selected Beta client normally, then use official support if access remains blocked; do not apply unrelated Retail/Classic incidents as a confirmed Beta fix.
