Steam payment repair is not server completion

NC's October 15 UTC notice says affected October 6–12 purchases have been delivered and blocked purchase limits restored, with resolution dated October 14 at 10:00 in the notice (no timezone specified there). This does not announce game-server reopening. If an item is still missing, retain the private Steam receipt and contact official support; do not publish payment identifiers or repurchase to test it.

October 9 official service update

NC marks the EU cloud outage resolved and October 8/9 maintenance completed. Use the dated status page for affected servers and compensation, not a permanent launch-day shutdown warning.

October 7 scoped update, not all issues resolved

NC published the weekly update: Founder’s Pack access across characters/servers, map pins up to 30, movement-control duplicate entries, certain chat emotes and the Asmodian weekly mission are addressed in the notes. Future duplicate-skin handling remains planned. A chat-emote fix is not proof that every chat delivery or account-linking problem is repaired.

October 6/7 maintenance: official online notice

NC updated the October 6/7 notice to say servers are back online. The old maintenance-not-started snapshot is superseded. This confirms that notice's service restoration, not uninterrupted uptime or successful login for every account at this later check. Recheck the official feed before diagnosing a new outage.

Global launch versus Advanced Access

Advanced Access began September 30 for eligible Founder's Pack owners. The October 5 commercial/global launch is a separate milestone and has now been officially confirmed. Do not use an old access-period error as proof that today's global service is down.

Steam, PURPLE and regional accounts

Both global clients share servers and content. Steam does not require a separate PURPLE link to play; linking is needed if you want the same character across those clients. Official support is for Windows PC, not Linux or Steam Deck. Controller play is possible but not officially supported. Server locations are North America, South America, Europe and Japan.

Use the transfer guide's updated EU first-window exception and the ordinary Early Access versus Launch-server weeks. Shop access depends on the current window, capacity and prerequisites; its absence alone does not establish downtime.

Halloween: claim, calculate and spend before the correct cutoff

The Global Trick or Treat event adds an Attendance track and weekly Event missions. Use the Halloween guide to distinguish Pumpkin Coins from Candy Key fragments, calculate remaining claims and compare November event/shop closure with the later removal of certain reward items. This is not a new login outage or an account-penalty notice.
