The latest notice again distinguishes reviewed botting, unauthorized-program and economy-abuse sanctions from precautionary device/connection security locks. NC says ordinary long grinding sessions are not themselves penalized. Keep the exact notice and account message private for support. Its October 16 at 21:00 PDT and October 17 at 06:00 CEST both convert to October 17 at 04:00 UTC. This is an enforcement snapshot, not an appeal deadline or a promised unlock time.

Latest action: preserve the notice date and exact access message

Historical October 15/16 notice: the printed 22:00 PDT and 07:00 CEST refer to the same instant, October 16 at 05:00 UTC. The earlier warning that these clock labels were inconsistent is corrected here. This older 7,933-account action is separate from the new 10,326-account notice; neither supplies an automatic unlock deadline. Preserve the actual access message for individual support review.

The action is dated October 14 at 00:00 PDT / 09:00 CEST. A precautionary device/connection security lock is explicitly distinct from reviewed policy enforcement. Preserve the exact access message privately and request official review; long normal grinding sessions alone are not described as violations.

Two different account states

A policy restriction concerns reviewed activity violating the official operation rules, including bots, unauthorized programs, economic abuse and real-money trading. NC separately says a temporary security lock can protect an account when suspicious device or connection access could indicate compromise. NC listed 4,996 restricted accounts at October 10 23:00 PDT / October 11 08:00 CEST. The figure concerns the stated restriction action, not the exact number of temporary precautionary locks. Long play sessions alone are not described as violations. The notice does not publish a universal automatic unlocking time.

Use official support, not account-unlock tools

If access is restricted or security-locked and you believe it is a mistake, submit a case at https://help.plaync.com/faq/aion2global and follow the provider's verification process. Keep account credentials and recovery codes private. Do not use third-party unlock software, VPN workarounds, new accounts or payment demands presented as guaranteed fixes.

1. Capture the exact error wording, date and region.
2. Check whether the message explicitly says restriction or temporary security lock.
3. Open the official AION 2 Global support page and submit an individual ticket.
4. Keep ticket confirmation and wait for the official review result.

NC lists 10,000 accounts restricted at October 12 23:00 PDT / October 13 08:00 CEST. The older 4,996 figure belongs to a different dated action. Neither figure counts precautionary security locks, and they must not be summed as unique accounts. The provider still directs disputed cases to individual official support review.
