Steam payment repair is not server completion

NC's October 15 UTC notice says affected October 6–12 purchases have been delivered and blocked purchase limits restored, with resolution dated October 14 at 10:00 in the notice (no timezone specified there). This does not announce game-server reopening. If an item is still missing, retain the private Steam receipt and contact official support; do not publish payment identifiers or repurchase to test it.

Wing Flight Power change: not a login fix

The maintenance note increases Flight Power on four quest wings by 500 each, totaling 2,000. This gameplay change is separate from service restoration; it is not an account-linking or connection repair.

October 9 official service update

The October 8 EU cloud outage is Resolved and October 8/9 maintenance Completed. Keep those incidents historical, separate from account or gameplay issues. NC announces compensation for affected servers, not compensation for every unrelated login error.

October 7 scoped update, not all issues resolved

NC published the weekly update: Founder’s Pack access across characters/servers, map pins up to 30, movement-control duplicate entries, certain chat emotes and the Asmodian weekly mission are addressed in the notes. Future duplicate-skin handling remains planned. A chat-emote fix is not proof that every chat delivery or account-linking problem is repaired.

October 6/7 maintenance: official online notice

NC updated the October 6/7 notice to say servers are back online. The old maintenance-not-started snapshot is superseded. This confirms that notice's service restoration, not uninterrupted uptime or successful login for every account at this later check. Recheck the official feed before diagnosing a new outage.

Historical October 4/5 list: Known workaround: chat says Please Try Again Later

Affected feature: incoming and outgoing chat. NC recommends changing characters, passing through a loading screen or logging back in. This is an official workaround, not confirmation of a permanent server-wide fix. Historical list entry; not independently reproduced at this check.

Historical October 4/5 list: Investigating / launch notes: Duty tab before level 45

NC reported that opening Duty before level 45 could delay access until the next day. Its preventive advice was not to open that tab early. Launch maintenance lists a Duty-menu fix; there is no separate live verification here. Recheck your patched client rather than treating the historical limitation as universally current.

Historical October 4/5 list: Launch notes: Vanguard of Atreia title and quest progression

The English title could display Shaper of Heavens. NC also listed fixes for duplicate content menus and blocked progress after closing the client during a quest. The quest note directs affected players to Quest Tracker teleport back to Verteron or Altgard. These are scoped official notes, not a fix for every quest or loading failure.

Resolved history: access recognition and purchases

On September 30 NC said it released fixes for Advanced Access recognition and in-game purchases and instructed affected players to restart for updates. This historical Fixed entry does not assert that a new global-launch purchase complaint has the same cause.

Updated: Founder's Pack availability in October 7 notes

The new official update supersedes the earlier future-only announcement: it describes the free pack-tier shop for other characters and servers. Duplicate-item disposal and duplicate-skin handling remain future work. Do not repurchase or unlink accounts to force access; follow the current official pack instructions.

Community reports and unverified causes

Provide region, client version, exact symptom and reproducible steps. A report from Korea/Taiwan or an older Advanced Access build does not automatically describe the global launch client. No universal login fix or server-wide root cause is established by this list.

The Flight Power guide lists all four entries and checks the announced total. Keep item values separate from login recovery and regional-client assumptions.

October 9 resolved item: NA West Nezekan

NC places the character-selection failure and latency for already connected players on NA West Nezekan under Resolved. This named-server fix does not establish that all regions are healthy or every historical bug is fixed.
