Is Gears of War: E-Day Coming to PS5?
Current official E-Day platform announcements, what no PS5 announcement means and where to check future changes without treating rumors as confirmation.
Quick answer
No PS5 version of Gears of War: E-Day is currently announced in the official platform information reviewed October 6, 2026. The announced platforms remain Xbox Series X|S and PC. This is a current announcement status, not a claim that PlayStation support will never happen.

What platforms are officially announced?
Xbox's launch announcement covers Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC/Xbox app, Steam and the announced cloud services. The publisher's Steam listing is the PC release. Neither reviewed source announces a PS5 edition.
Does no announcement mean never?
No. Future publisher decisions cannot be inferred from today's platform list. A PS5 release date, port, preorder listing or cross-save promise remains unverified until Xbox/The Coalition or the relevant platform publishes confirmation.

Check future changes without duplicating this page
This guide will update if official support changes. An older Gears game's PlayStation release does not establish E-Day's platforms. Check the current publisher announcement rather than treating a rumor or placeholder retailer page as launch confirmation.
