WARDOGS Season 02: Date, Changes and Reset Questions
Check WARDOGS Season 02's October 15 date, IR battery plans and patch context, with Rank, XP, Cash and cosmetic reset questions clearly bounded.
Quick answer
Season 02 / Update 0.2.0 is released, with servers back online in the October 15 notice. That receipt does not independently verify every account's reset outcome. BULKHEAD's October 16 backend statement removes the Lonestar Cash/XP bonus and reports Driver progression/exploit fixes; do not rely on the old bonus when choosing a faction. Limited Mode Servers remain Coming Soon in that statement. Per-account progression, reset outcomes and current server uptime still require separate checks.
October 16 backend correction: Lonestar bonus removed
BULKHEAD says the previous night's backend update removed the Lonestar Cash and XP bonus and made Driver progression fixes, including the exploit allowing access to tanks too early. Do not choose Lonestar on the assumption that the preview's bonus is still active. The statement is an official deployed-backend report, not a separately measured per-server activation timestamp or a guarantee that every account's Driver progress is correct.
October 15 release confirmed; check a new failure separately
The earlier October 15 08:00–09:30 UTC scheduled maintenance estimate is now historical: BULKHEAD explicitly announced the update released and servers back online. Record build, server region/ID and error time for a fresh join problem instead of assuming the old maintenance continues.

Current status and applicable version
Applies to WARDOGS PC Early Access Update 0.2.0. The official release notice now supersedes the earlier unverified reopening status. Check your installed build and current service notice for a new failure; a dated reopening is not a live uptime probe.

New weapons: unlock cost is not the vendor price
Season 02's published values distinguish permanent track unlocks from purchases for use in a match.
| Item | Current information |
|---|---|
| TCX-SPR — assault rifle | Assault level 20; unlock $100,000; vendor $3,200. |
| PP-19 Bizon — SMG | Default unlock; vendor $1,000. |
| Evo-3 Ultra — LMG | Support level 30; unlock $200,000; vendor $7,250. |
| M14 — marksman rifle | Recon level 25; unlock $100,000; vendor $7,400. |

Equipment, vehicles and progression
New vehicles: Wolf-110, armed Wolf-110, T-72B3 and Gepard. Molotovs, three buildables and rain arrive in this patch. IR Rangefinder batteries last roughly 80 active seconds; rapid toggling drains faster. Role-track XP totals fall: level 20, 250,000 → 111,500; level 50, 1,500,000 → 1,150,000. These totals do not guarantee a specific leveling time. Level 4 helmets restrict sound/view and fog while sprinting. The Wager Vendor is explicitly later in Season 02, not launch content.

If progression or equipment looks wrong after updating
Compare the exact role track, level, permanent unlock price and vendor purchase price separately. Record your build, server ID and before/after balances privately. Missing progress needs a specific support report: neither a cheaper unlock nor one player's reset report establishes the complete seasonal retention rules.
Withdrawn Lonestar reward versus the separate discount rule
The original Season 02 preview described a Lonestar Cash/XP incentive. That reward was subsequently removed by the backend correction announced October 16. The preview's separate losing-team rule described a 20% vendor discount when at least 40 points behind second place; do not conflate that earlier rule with a continuing Lonestar reward. The backend statement gives no new bonus rate, compensation promise or replacement faction incentive.
Earlier reset policy versus Season 02 execution
The earlier developer video confirms the general cash/XP reset, cash conversion and retained Gold Bars/cosmetics policy. Its captions were reviewed October 11. The complete Season 02 patch is now published, but does not provide a complete item-by-item reset or conversion-rate receipt. Retain that distinction; final notes are no longer wholly unknown, while actual account outcomes are not independently verified here.
| Item | Current information |
|---|---|
| Rank / XP | Earlier video confirms XP progression reset; exact rank unlock handling for Season 02 still needs final notes. |
| Cash | Earlier video describes automatic season-end conversion into Gold Bars; no final exchange-rate or rounding promise here. |
| Gold Bars / cosmetics | Earlier developer design retains these across seasons. Await final Season 02 details rather than extrapolating to every item category. |
| Vault / skills / reset hour | Do not infer a complete retention list, live skill system or maintenance time from the general explanation. |

CIWS and Havoc: distinguish the patches
The October 2 balance correction says CIWS should destroy a Havoc in roughly six rather than twelve seconds. Separately, 0.1.2 addresses incorrect Havoc damage from 20/30 mm cannon fire. These are scoped released notes, not unreleased seasonal rules, a guarantee of identical combat results or proof all vehicle defects are fixed.

Rebuy Last Loadout is not a promised saved-preset system
The final patch describes Rebuy Last Loadout populating the vendor with the previous kit for editing before purchase. Review the cart and full cost before paying. That documented action alone does not establish named saved presets, free equipment or an announced delivery date for a broader loadout feature.

Choose among the four new weapons before rebuying a kit
Use the patch's weapon category to choose the role you want to test, then inspect the vendor's current price, attachments and complete cart. Rebuy Last Loadout prepares the earlier kit for editing before purchase; it does not certify that a changed kit is affordable or optimal. The following is a category-based starting point, not a tested damage, recoil or time-to-kill ranking.
| Item | Current information |
|---|---|
| TCX-SPR —7.62×39mm assault rifle | Compare a general rifle kit first; the patch category alone does not establish best range or recoil. |
| PP-19 Bizon —9×19mm SMG | Use the SMG role as the comparison, then check actual attachments and total loadout cost. |
| Evo-3 Ultra —.308 Win LMG | Evaluate the LMG kit separately from mobility or tanking assumptions; no verified handling advantage is promised. |
| M14 —.308 Win marksman rifle | Compare the marksman role rather than assuming every .308 weapon has the same stats. |

Driver still looks wrong? Separate the symptom from the server plan
Record the displayed Driver level, missing unlock or tank restriction, current client/build and approximate session time. Compare progression after a normal subsequent session and report a reproducible mismatch rather than trying to reproduce the exploit. Limited Mode Servers with no Power Weapons and Vehicles are labeled Coming Soon in the same statement; there is no release receipt in this source. Do not treat a missing limited-mode server as a proven discovery failure or change regional filters repeatedly to manufacture a match.
